As we are in the first few months of launching our business and book series, it is an important time to share our why. If I had to be a betting person, I would go out on a limb and state that your why may be close to ours as well.
These are some of the big ideas that drive me when I consider our goals for The Wellspring Crew and the projects I am driven to complete. Overall- will these values be matched with what we put into the marketplace?
How can we (parents, educators, “village members”) inspire and inform our kids to be big thinkers?
How can we provide environments for them to problem solve on their own?
What ways can we best allow creativity?
What would it look like for our kids to be excited about contributing to the greater world?
What would it look like if our kids accepted and appreciated their differences and celebrated how we are all designed uniquely and for a unique purpose?
The heart of The Wellspring Crew is putting my hope and dreams into a business that focuses on creating products for us to share and engage in with our young people. Through the stories of real-life leaders to our t-shirts and swag gear, we place every choice on the big idea- how can we cultivate the mind and champion the heart of our next generation?
